Eligibility Criteria for the KAUST Scholarships 2026:
- Applicants are not restricted in terms of their nationality in order to apply.
- For the PhD and Master’s degree programs, undergraduate and graduate students in the fields of Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Chemical Sciences are eligible to apply.
- The minimum requirement is IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 79.
- Preference is given to candidates who have taken the GRE.
- A GPA of around 3.7 out of 4 is desirable.
