Note: Applicants must be citizens of an ADB borrowing member country and not hold dual citizenship with any developed country.

  • Must have secured admission into a recognized university and an approved Master’s program.
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent at the time of admission.
  • Must have a minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience.
  • Age limit: Applicants should be 35 years or younger at the time of application.

  • Must commit to returning to their home country and work there for at least two years after completing the scholarship program.
