Eligibility criteria:
- In order to be eligible for the Asian Development Bank borrowing member country scholarship and the Japanese ODA scholarship, the candidate must be the national of a country that is eligible for those scholarships.
- Applicants must not be citizens of any developed country in which they hold dual citizenship.
- An applicant must have been accepted to a master’s program at Kyoto University that has been approved by the university.
- In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and have an outstanding academic record.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of two years of full-time professional experience acquired following the completion of a university degree.
- To be eligible for this program, applicants must be under 35 years of age at the time they apply.
